Thinkwell Research+Strategy began in 2003, when Founder Len Preeper decided to shake things up by bringing a more intentional, thoughtful touch to the research world.
Starting out as a solo venture in Halifax,Thinkwell has grown into a diverse powerhouse team, with Carolyn O’Keefe kick-starting our Newfoundland and Labrador adventure in 2021. The addition of Lianne Sarson and Kate Calnan, blending both market acumen with organizational psychology expertise, has amplified our impact and expanded our full-service suite of strategic solutions across sectors.
