He also created Thinkwell Shift, leveraging his environmental passion for tangible change. An Acadia and Queen’s alumnus, he has nurtured future political minds and pollsters at universities. As part of the Entrepreneur’s Organization in Atlantic Canada, Len continues to drive research innovation that truly matters.
Carolyn O’Keefe
Partner, St. John’s
With over 20 years of experience advising clients across Canada, Carolyn is a sought-after expert in marketing research and strategy. As an Associate at the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) Atlantic, Carolyn shares her expertise with tech startups, and at the Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC) she helps shape the future of research. A Memorial grad with a B.Com (Hons.) and CAIP designation, Carolyn continually fuels client success with her passion for research.

Kate has over ten years of expertise in boosting organizational performance and developing strategic business initiatives. She is passionate about discovering the keys to organizational success, emphasizing business strategy, operational health, and employee well-being. With a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she has also taught at Saint Mary’s University, blending academic insights with real-world applications. For over fifteen years, Lianne has transformed data into actionable insights for organizations across Atlantic Canada. Her expertise drives strategic planning and supports meaningful change. With a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University, Lianne is all about crafting practical, evidence-based solutions that resonate with each client's unique culture and needs.
Nic Boileau
Research Director
Nic blends mathematics with real-world application, revealing the stories behind numbers. He has a Bachelor's and Master's in Mathematics from Concordia University and a Doctorate in Educational Studies from the University of Michigan. Nic has a broad skill set that spans from quantitative to qualitative research, specializing in techniques such as segmentation and regression. Prior to Thinkwell, he was at ONCAT, enhancing student pathways across Ontario’s education system.
Sydney Snow
Research Consultant
Sydney combines her academic insight and practical experiences to make sense of the complex. With a degree in Psychology and a master’s in Applied Psychological Science from Memorial University, she’s completed hands-on research in public engagement, health education, and an internship at Conservation Corps. Her psychology background and sharp eye for evaluation has equipped her in tackling complex environmental, social, and economical issues.
David Dudka
Research Associate
David has spent over 25 years making sense of how people think and decide. His knack for uncovering empowering insights has been crucial in navigating the telecom and entertainment worlds, especially as the former Director of National Research for Eastlink Eastlink. With a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Saint Francis Xavier University, David integrates academic study with real-life practice to understand and influence customer behavior.
